The most valuable target in your company is not a server. It is a person, and that person's face is already public.
An executive concentrates what the criminal wants most: the authority to order a transfer, approve access and give orders no one questions. And, at the same time, they are the most exposed person in the company, with interviews, talks, videos and public profiles that serve as raw material to copy the voice, the face and the way of speaking. Add to that the personal sphere, the private email, the family's social media, the home address, reused passwords, all beyond the reach of the company's IT, and you have the greatest point of leverage there is. The question is not whether a fraudster will try to pose as your leadership. It is whether you will discover the attempt before or after it deceives an employee or harms a person.
Business email compromise (BEC, the scam that poses as an executive to request a transfer) added up to 21,442 complaints and about US$ 2.8 billion in losses in 2024 alone, the second largest figure of any category, according to the FBI's annual internet crime report (IC3).
In a widely reported 2024 case, an employee of a multinational engineering firm transferred US$ 25.6 million after a video call in which the chief financial officer and other colleagues were deepfakes, fake computer-generated images and voices built from public videos of the real executives.
Today about three seconds of audio are enough to clone a voice with an 85% match, according to a McAfee study, and an executive who gives interviews and talks leaves far more than that available on the internet.
Executive & VIP Protection is the service that keeps watch, in your place, over whoever tries to pose as your leadership or gather their data out there: it continuously watches fake profiles, voice and face references, and the personal exposure of each executive you point out, confirms what is actually a risk and alerts with the proof. Zamak Technologies runs that watch and brings you the alert ready to act on. And it starts with a first snapshot, with no commitment, of what is already exposed about your leadership.
How a person becomes the way in
The costliest scam does not break into your network. It wears your boss's face.
See four common ways a criminal turns a key person, their power and their exposure, into a weapon against your own company, without touching any system. None of them depends on the size of your company: you only need an executive with authority and a public presence, and almost every company has one.
A director's voice and face, cloned, ask for an urgent transfer on a call.
The criminal gathers an executive's public videos and interviews and builds a deepfake, a computer imitation so convincing that the voice and the face on the screen look like his. On a call or in an audio message, this fake director asks a finance employee for an urgent and confidential transfer. The employee recognizes the boss, obeys, and the money is gone. That is how one company lost tens of millions in a single video call. Knowing how much of each executive's image is already available and watching who reproduces it is what gives your team the chance to doubt in time.
A fake profile of the executive approaches employees, customers and partners in his name.
Someone creates a profile with a director's name and photo on a social network or a messaging app and starts approaching the team, the customers and the partners. He asks for an urgent favor, a transfer, the purchase of gift cards, access data, always with the urgency and the authority of someone in charge. To whoever is on the other side, it is the boss talking. You rarely find out through the platform; you find out through the embarrassed employee who almost fell for it, or the one who already did. Finding the fake profile early and gathering the proof is the first step to taking it down and warning the team.
An executive's and family's personal data end up exposed and for sale.
The home address, the personal phone, the children's names, the routine, all of it circulates in leaks, in databases sold and in open corners of the internet. Gathering that portrait of a person from scattered data even has a name, doxxing, and it is what fuels a targeted attack: a scam that seems to know everything about you, extortion, a threat, and in extreme cases even a risk to the physical safety of the person and the family. The executive's personal sphere is beyond the reach of the company's IT, but it is precisely through there that the cruelest attack tends to come. Knowing what is already exposed is the first step to reducing that exposure.
The executive's personal accounts and passwords, reused and leaked, become the back door.
The executive uses the personal email, the phone and the social media outside the company's control, and often repeats the same password in several places. When one of those personal accounts appears in a leak, the criminal gains a back door: he takes over the executive's email or personal profile, reads private conversations, learns the routine and starts attacking in his name with a credibility no fake profile reaches. The compromised personal account is one of the quietest ways to impersonate an executive. Finding the exposed credential early is what allows changing it and reinforcing the protection before it is used.
None of these scams breaks into your network, and that is why your firewall and your antivirus do not see them: they aim at the person, not the system, and happen out there, in the public and personal sphere of the executive. Mapping the exposure of each key person, watching whoever impersonates them and alerting with the proof is what Executive & VIP Protection adds to your defenses.
What Executive & VIP Protection is
It is not watching your network. It is watching the world out there for whoever poses as your leadership or gathers their data.
Executive & VIP Protection is the continuous service of monitoring, across the whole internet, the exposure and the impersonation of your company's key people, the owners, the directors and whoever else you want to protect. It does not look inside your network; it looks outward, at the fake profiles, the voice and face references, the leaked personal data and the compromised personal accounts of each executive. Zamak runs that watch, separates the real risk from the legitimate mention, prioritizes by the damage to the person and the company, and is your point of contact from the alert to the response. It is security that protects the person, and not only the company.
Maps the exposure of each person you protect
Starting from the executives you point out, the service builds the portrait of each one's exposure: how much of the voice, the face and the image is already public, which domains and profiles use the name, what personal data of the executive and the family already circulate out there. It is that map that shows where a targeted attack could begin and defines what starts being watched closely.
Watches the impersonation and the leaks tied to it
With the map in hand, the monitoring searches without stopping, on social media, in messaging apps, on the open web and in the closed corners of the internet, for any sign that someone is posing as that executive or gathering their data: a fake profile, a copy of the voice or the face, a new personal data point for sale, a personal account appearing in a leak. It is a continuous radar aimed at the person, where your internal defenses do not reach.
Alerts with the proof ready and guides the response
Once the risk is confirmed, you receive the alert with the evidence dossier ready and prioritized by the damage to the person and the company. If it is a fake profile, Zamak triggers the removal, the next step. If it is exposed personal data or a compromised account, you receive practical guidance to reduce the exposure and reinforce the executive's protection. The monitoring is the eyes that find and confirm; Zamak is the point of contact that turns the finding into a response, alongside your team.
This is a service of digital monitoring and intelligence, not of physical security: it does not replace a bodyguard nor prevent someone from creating a fake profile or making a deepfake, nothing prevents the creation. It adds what was missing: the eyes, on the outside, that map the exposure of each key person, find early whoever impersonates them, confirm the risk and set off the response. Finding fast and acting early is what reduces the damage.
What is included
The watch over each protected person and the confirmation that turns it into action, together
Zamak maps each executive's exposure, watches the impersonation and the leaks tied to them, confirms the risk and drives the response alongside your team. You gain a radar aimed at your key people and the alert with the proof ready, without building a monitoring operation of your own.
The dedicated watch over each protected person
The radar aimed at your executives, searching for impersonation and exposure.
- Monitoring of fake profiles that pose as an executive on social media and messaging apps
- Watch over the voice and face references of the executive that can feed a deepfake, a computer-generated imitation
- Detection of the executive's and family's personal data exposed or for sale, such as address, phone and routine
- Alert when an executive's personal account or password appears in a leak and becomes a back door
- Continuous coverage, not a one-off search, because the impersonation and the leaks appear at any hour
- Monitoring without touching the executive's devices or accounts: it starts only from the people you point out
Confirmation and guidance by Zamak
The layer that separates the real risk from the noise and turns the finding into a response.
- Analysis that confirms the risk and separates real impersonation from the legitimate mention of an executive
- Prioritization of each case by the potential damage to the person and the company, to act first on what threatens most
- An alert with the evidence dossier ready, with the web address (URL), the screenshot and the record of what was found
- Triggering of the removal of the fake profile, the next step, driven by Zamak with the proof in hand
- Practical guidance to reduce the personal exposure and reinforce the protection of the executive and the family
- A single point of contact, with a report ready for the board, and the coverage sized by the number of people
Inside the service
Where each executive is searched for, and how the risk is confirmed
For those who want the detail: this is how Zamak maps each key person's exposure, watches the impersonation and the leaks, confirms the risk and prepares the response, from the first portrait to the alert with the proof.
Where Zamak searches for the risk to each executive
The watch covers the surface where a person's impersonation and exposure happen: social media and messaging apps, the open web and search engines, the closed corners and the dark web where personal data is sold, and the records of profiles and domains that use the executive's name. It is a broad monitoring, because the attack on the person picks the channel where the next victim, the employee or the executive himself, is.
What characterizes the impersonation of a person
The monitoring looks for the signs that someone is posing as an executive: his name and photo on a profile that is not the official one, the voice or the face reproduced, the title and the company used to lend authority to a request. Gathering those signs is what distinguishes an imitation created to deceive, the doorway to the fake-boss scam, from a common and legitimate mention of the name of a public executive.
Voice, face and the deepfake risk
A deepfake, the computer-generated imitation of voice and face, needs raw material: the more public video and audio of an executive there is, the easier it is to clone his image. The monitoring helps size that exposure and watch where the person's identity is reproduced, so that a strange request, made with the boss's voice or face, meets a team already guided to doubt and verify through another channel.
The personal sphere and the family
The attack on an executive rarely comes through the corporate email, which the company protects well. It comes through the personal sphere: the private email, the social media, the family's data, the home address, things beyond the reach of the company's IT. The monitoring recognizes this and aims at the whole surface of the person's exposure, with their consent, because it is precisely through that door, the one no one is guarding, that the targeted scam tends to enter.
Confirmation by analysis, to reduce the false alarm
Finding is only half the work. Each case goes through an analysis that confirms whether it is actually a risk or a legitimate mention, a news item, a real profile, a namesake. That confirmation is what avoids drowning you and the executive in false alarms and ensures that, when an alert arrives, it deserves attention and already comes with the proof that it is a real threat to the person.
Evidence dossier, continuous watch and report
For each confirmed case, Zamak assembles the dossier the response requires, the web address, the screenshot, the record of what was found, and orders the cases by potential damage. The search does not stop, because a threat to the person can appear at any hour. The follow-up arrives under the Zamak brand, ready for the board. Behind it, the detection and the analysis that support the watch come from internationally recognized threat intelligence, which gives reach to the radar and authority to what you take to leadership.
The intelligence behind the service has operated since 2012, is a member of FIRST (the international forum of incident response teams), contributes to the Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report, protects over 500 organizations worldwide and runs with 99.99% uptime, 24 hours a day.
The detection and the analysis run without stopping; Zamak confirms the risk, prioritizes by the damage to the person, alerts with the proof, triggers the removal of fake profiles and guides the response alongside your team, and is your point of contact.

The comparison
Dedicated monitoring, the executive handling it alone, or just training the team and hoping
There are three ways to deal with the exposure and impersonation of your key people: a dedicated monitoring that maps, watches, confirms and guides the response nonstop; the executive or the IT team trying to handle it in the rush, with manual searches now and then; or just training the team to be suspicious and hoping no one falls for it. The comparison is between models of protecting the person. The Zamak column lists only what Zamak delivers to the client.

A comparison between models of protecting the person (dedicated monitoring, the executive handling it on their own and just training the team). The Zamak column lists only what Zamak delivers to the client. The monitoring maps, watches, confirms and guides; the removal of a fake profile is the takedown action, which Zamak also operates. It is digital intelligence, not physical security, and no monitoring finds 100% of threats, but watching from the outside and without pause is what comes closest to it.
Risk, impact and response
For every kind of attack on your leadership, a way to find it early and act before the damage grows
A director's voice or face, cloned in a deepfake, ask for an urgent transfer
Money diverted in the name of your leadership, with an employee certain he is obeying the boss
How the monitoring responds
The voice and face exposure is sized and watched, and the team gets the guidance to verify through another channel
A fake profile of an executive asks employees and partners for data, money or a favor
The fake-boss scam: resources handed over or access granted in the name of your leadership
How the monitoring responds
The fake profile is identified and confirmed, and the removal is triggered with the evidence dossier ready
The executive's and family's personal data are exposed or put up for sale
Targeted social engineering, extortion, and in extreme cases a risk to the safety of the person and the family
How the monitoring responds
The exposure is detected and prioritized, with practical guidance to reduce it and protect the person
An executive's personal account or password appears in a dark web leak
A back door to the executive's personal email and networks, and an attack wearing his face
How the monitoring responds
The exposed credential is detected and alerted, to change it and reinforce the protection before use
The detection, the confirmation, the prioritization and the point of contact are Zamak's; the removal of a fake profile is triggered and driven alongside your team, and the remediation of the exposure is guided. It is digital intelligence, not physical security.
For every decision maker
What protecting your key people means for whoever decides
Watching whoever poses as your leadership and whoever gathers their data, before it deceives an employee or harms a person, solves a different pain for each role in the company.
Owner and founder
The security that protects you, and not only your company
It is rare for a security service to speak directly to you, and not only to your company. This one does. You are the most exposed person and the one with the most authority: the perfect target for a scam that uses your face and your voice, or that gathers your personal life for an attack. With the monitoring, you find out first: if a fake profile of you appears, if your image is being reproduced, if your personal and your family's data have leaked, you receive the alert with the proof. It is the peace of mind of knowing that someone is watching, for you and for your family, on the outside.
Executives, management and finance
The fake-boss scam becomes a monitored risk, not a bet on the team's attention
The finance team is the target of the fake request made in the name of leadership, and a single transfer approved by mistake can cost dearly. Instead of relying only on no one falling for it on a hectic day, the risk of leadership impersonation becomes a monitored control, with an alert when a fake profile or an imitation of an executive appears, and with a clear report for the board. It is the difference between being caught off guard by a deepfake and having the team already guided and the response ready.
IT and security leader
The executive's personal footprint, which your team cannot monitor on its own
Your team protects the corporate email and the network very well, but the attack on the executive comes through the personal sphere, the private email, the social media, the family's data, which are beyond your reach and your remit. The monitoring gives your team that external radar and the confirmation ready, without invading the executive's life and without taking anyone off what they already do. It is the backup that adds, alongside your team, never in its place: you receive the confirmed case, with the proof, and decide the next step together with Zamak.
IT partner
An executive protection service for your offer
Offer your clients the protection of their leadership, a service that speaks directly to the owner and the C-level, without building a monitoring operation of your own or keeping intelligence analysts. Zamak operates the detection and the confirmation behind the scenes and delivers the alert with the proof; you drive the conversation with the client, and the relationship stays yours.
