Mission
Saving time, money & business reputation.
Zamak exists so that technology is never the reason your company loses money, reputation or a night's sleep. We do not sell IT services: we deliver corporate risk mitigation, operational continuity and defense against cyberattacks and disasters. That is what separates technology that consumes your time from technology that returns it to what grows the business, so that the value you spent years building keeps appreciating and preserves your valuation.
Our story exists so that your company's story is never interrupted.
It begins long before Zamak, in the first system our founder wrote for the Brazilian Navy, in 1998, and reaches the world's largest technology stages. Every milestone below was born of the same conviction: that technology should never be the reason a company loses time, money or reputation.
Before Zamak
Zamak is born, in Rio de Janeiro.
After an amicable split, Zamak is born in Rio de Janeiro fully devoted to the managed services (MSP) model, then revolutionary and almost unknown in Brazil, adopting the Kaseya platform and a Microsoft partnership from day one.
Operation
Offices in Brazil and in the United States, with the purpose of serving the Americas.
Today Zamak operates as a binational company, with offices in Brazil and in the United States and human support in Portuguese, English and Spanish, including at the moment it weighs most, the crisis. We combine the operational rigor that great brands demand with the closeness of someone who understands your market and answers in your time zone, with the purpose of bringing that standard to companies across the Americas.
Support in Portuguese, English and Spanish
The same team talks in the language you do business, with no middleman, even in the middle of a crisis.
Continuous monitoring and defense
An automated layer that never takes a day off: monitoring, advanced defense and backup running while your company sleeps.
A dedicated point of contact per client
You are served by someone who knows your environment, not by an anonymous ticket queue.
Global mindset, close delivery
The rigor of the great American brands with the closeness of someone who knows your market.
Method
Your IT is not a project. It is a relationship.
The difference between a partner driven by results and one driven by tickets is the relationship cycle. Every Zamak account moves through three moments that repeat every quarter, because your business also changes every quarter.
- 01
Business Discovery
We learn your business as if it were ours: which processes are critical, which risks truly weigh, which goals guide the year ahead. Before any technical recommendation, we understand the operation.
- 02
Value Alignment
We align services and initiatives to the result you expect. No generic catalog: only what connects to your growth agenda, your continuity requirement or your compliance need.
- 03
Business Impact
We execute, measure and show. Every quarter you receive an executive review (QBR, Quarterly Business Review) with real impact on continuity, cost avoided and risk mitigated.
With each turn of the cycle, what we learned about your operation in the prior quarter makes the next recommendation sharper.
Culture
Seven values you feel in every interaction.
Culture is not what a company writes on the wall, it is how the team reacts when you call after hours, when a system fails at quarter-end, when the audit arrives with no warning. These seven values do not decorate our operation, they decide how it responds in the moments that define a partnership.
Loyalty
We always act in the best interest of the client, the team and the company, with absolute confidentiality and no hidden agendas, because trust is built through transparency and consistency of action.
Positive attitude
You come to us to get the operation back, which is why we treat every incident as a technical challenge to solve with method, because solutions are what make a business grow.
Empathy and active listening
Before proposing any solution, we understand the context of the client and the team, because what looks like a technical request almost always hides a business pain that must be understood first.
Research and planning
Nothing is done on impulse, because we analyze, plan, execute and measure with the PDCA cycle as our foundation, so that every technical move has a window, a rollback plan and clear communication.
Continuous learning
Studying is part of the job, because technology evolves fast and those who stop learning become obsolete, and every incident we face with you becomes raw material that protects all of our other clients.
Recognition
Excellent results are recognized clearly and fairly, in a meritocracy based on measurable delivery, because a strong, well-cared-for team is what sustains patient, clear-headed service to the client.
Accountability
We take full responsibility for decisions, actions and results, and you know what we are doing, on what timeline and with what expected outcome, with every technical decision documented and justified.
At Zamak, attitude counts as much as skill, which is why the people who care for your operation were chosen, and stay, by living these values every day.
Institutional validations
Not a badge for show.
A badge is only worth what it costs to keep. Each validation below requires recurring audits, operational consistency and continuous investment, which is why few sustain them. Working with Zamak, you do not inherit a logo, you inherit the entire ecosystem it demands.
Microsoft Solutions Partner
A designation reserved for fewer than 5% of partners worldwide. Modern Work, with a verifiable identifier (MPNID 3425741).
For you: direct technical access to Microsoft through Zamak.
Addee Elite Group
Top-tier partner of Addee, an N-able distributor. Technical depth and delivery standard to operate the premium stack.
For you: the most mature tools on the market.
Great Place to Work
Internal culture audited institutionally. A strong team is what sustains consistent service.
For you: well-cared-for professionals do not leave the team that knows your business.
BACCF Member
Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida. A binational operation validated institutionally.
For you: institutional legitimacy and a relationship network.
9001
20000-1
27001
ISO 9001, 20000-1 and 27001 in certification
Three international standards for quality management, IT service management and information security, expected to conclude by the end of 2026. When they are ready, you gain the audited management system that supports every technical decision.
The tools we choose carry the certifications the market demands most: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and PCI-DSS (SentinelOne for advanced defense, Cove Data Protection by N-able for backup). You do not contract the promise of those certifications, you inherit their level.
Leadership
The people behind the backing that sustains your business.
At Zamak, the person who serves your company is the person accountable for it. Meet the leadership that sustains the operation in both countries; behind it, a technical team distributed between Brazil and the United States, trained continuously in the Microsoft and N-able certifications.
Kleber Soares Leal
Founder and CEOFounder and CEO of Zamak, Kleber Soares Leal brings nearly three decades in technology. A Computer Science graduate (full scholarship at Universidade Gama Filho) with an MBA in Business Management from FGV, he began his IT career in 1998 developing software for the Arsenal de Guerra da Marinha in Rio de Janeiro. He founded two technology companies and, in 2011, created Zamak with a then-unusual bet: fully focused on managed services from day one. Twice a chapter president at BNI (Business Network International), he leads operations today in Brazil and in the United States, with Microsoft Solutions Partner, Addee Elite Group (N-able distributor) and Great Place to Work certifications, and keeps clients who have been with him for more than two decades. It is a path built from nothing: from a humble origin in the north zone of Rio to operations in two countries.

Behind the leadership stands the whole team: a technical team distributed between Brazil and the United States, trained continuously, where every account has a dedicated point of contact and, behind that person, the collective knowledge of the entire operation.
